THERAPY, COACHING

Gina Engracia, LMFT

I am a licensed psychotherapist and performance consultant in the states of California and Florida, with over two decades of experience in mental health.

I received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of CA, Santa Cruz and a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University. I also completed a two-year advanced clinical training at The Psychotherapy Institute in depth-oriented psychodynamic therapy. In addition, I am a Facilitator for Stanford Graduate School of Business’ Interpersonal Dynamics class.

My approach to therapy is relational, as I support the idea that the relationship between therapist and client is an important ingredient to its success. My style is collaborative and non-judgmental, and I will engage in active dialogue with you. I work best with clients who are interested in developing a greater awareness of themselves, through self-reflection and making use of the time in between sessions to further their exploration. I love singing, hanging out with my family, nature walks, and ice cream.

THERAPY, COACHING

Diana Chu, LMFT

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 105546) and a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT 659) based in San Francisco. I received a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. The program provides an outstanding base in clinical training while emphasizing the importance of integrating mind, body, and spirit and the significance of cultural differences. I am also an Interpersonal Dynamics Facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, supporting MBA students in developing emotional intelligence, communication skills, and self-awareness.

Drawing on my past experience as an advisor for mental health tech startups, I understand the challenges of balancing high-stress work, home, and personal life. My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and strengths-based. I collaborate with you in a safe, non-judgmental environment where we explore the functions of behaviors and feelings and seek to develop new strategies for dealing with life's struggles. I am also trained in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Prepare / Enrich Program.

Apart from being a therapist, I consistently find ways to support my community. I am a Board Member at Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (a local non-profit in San Francisco). I am part of the Lotus Project Professional Advisory Board (an initiative to expand assistance to Asian Americans & Asian immigrants). And I also serve as Education Chair on the North American Drama Therapy Association Board.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
