Founder Coach

Gina Engracia

I specialize in helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of their personal and professional lives with clarity and purpose. With a foundational approach that transcends diverse contexts and life stages, I have an extensive background spanning over 25 years in psychology and the spectrum of human potential.

Within my private practice, I collaborate with visionary startup founders, collectively driving ventures valued at over $50B, and alongside leaders of enterprises managing assets exceeding $300B. I also contribute as an Executive Coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and as a Facilitator for their esteemed Interpersonal Dynamics Course, aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence and influence.

I bring a collaborative ethos to my coaching, recognizing the inherent wisdom and potential within each client, influenced by my separate practice as a psychotherapist licensed in CA, NY & FL. My interests include singing, taking nature walks, and finding the best mangoes.
