Book a call

Start with fifteen minutes.

Book the call, or write to us first if you'd rather. Either way you hear back from a coach, not an assistant. If we're the right fit we'll say so and tell you who the match is. If we're not, we'll say that too.

Book the 15-minute call.

Pick a time that works. It's a real conversation about what you're working on. If we're not the right fit we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.

Nothing on the calendar that works, or not ready to book? Email info@refactoreq.com. A sentence or two is enough, and a coach writes back within one business day.

What happens next

  1. You take the fifteen minutes. Book a time above, or email us and we'll find one within a business day. A coach reads what you send. Not a drip sequence, not an assistant.
  2. The call is a real conversation. You get to ask us what you want, and we get to ask what we need in order to make the match. This is also where we give you the number, because a serious engagement deserves a direct conversation rather than a pricing page.
  3. If there's something here, a longer intake follows. That's where we go properly into the work you're bringing and who among us should hold it.
  4. If it's right, we match and engage. If it isn't, we say so. Where we can, we point you to a better fit.

The two questions people ask first

What does it cost? The engagement is open-ended, billed quarterly, and priced to the stage the company is at. We share the number in the discovery call, not because it's a secret but because a serious engagement deserves a direct conversation rather than a pricing page. If the number ends the conversation, that's a fine outcome and a fast one.

Is this confidential? Yes. The working sessions stay between you and your coach. If your company sponsors the engagement, we set the reporting boundary in writing before we start: a sponsor can get themes and progress if that's agreed, never content. Your board doesn't hear from us at all.
